Brite Camp delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.
Shipping charges of products on Brite Camp will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
VAT & IMPORT DUTIES:
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Britecamp.com does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the website). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay.
Please Note:These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.
Courier handling charges are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of checkout or as advised by our courier partner.

Any product that you buy on Britecamp.com, which is not MTO (made to order), will be shipped as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Good will be shipped in approximately in 3 working days. Approximately within 10 working days the goods will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned by the buyer.
These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
All orders dispatched by Britecamp.com are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Britecamp.com will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.
The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
Brite Camp does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Brite Camp will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Britecamp.com and going to the 'My Account' section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE PRODUCTS:
In case you purchase multiple products in one order from the same vendor (child), all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customization, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customization is done.
DELAY IN DELIVERY:
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Brite Camp shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
All products shall be shipped from India.
Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
